Join Seattle's Irish community for a weekend of celebrating Irish heritage, culture and arts. In addition to my hand-knitted traditional Irish sweaters, knitting kits and patterns, and Irish knitting history, vendors include traditional instrument makers, Irish artists, and other handcrafts. Enjoy performances of traditional music and step-dancing, attend genealogy workshops, and see Irish films, exhibits, displays and more!

Join me for an introduction to gansey history, design, and knitting at The Bazaar Girls Yarn Store & Fibre Emporium! Workshops available on Saturday September 6th from 4:00 - 6:00 and Sunday September 7th from 10:00 - 12:00. Cost is just $10 and includes a sample ball of traditional gansey yarn and patterns for coasters! Bring a set of US Size 2 needles. Yarn on cones and sweater patterns will be available for purchase.
